Additional Services

Additional Services are services offered, additional to Standard Services.

Additional Services Explained:

Occasionally, clients may need assistance with matters related to their EveryClient installation that don't really come under the responsibility of a Standard EveryClient Service. Things such as:

  • Computer Hardware issues
  • Computer Software issues
  • Database Backup/Restore issues
  • Network issues
  • Moving EveryClient Software installations or databases to a new PC
  • Any other computing issues that affect your ability to use EveryClient

In some cases we are able to provide email support to assist with these types of issues/requests. However, if the issue/request cannot be resolved via email, we offer additional services, for a reasonable fee.
