Standard Services are services offered to all clients with current (up to date) licenses.

Priority Email Support

We aim to respond to email requests promptly and provide whatever assistance we can to resolve any issue/request.

Installation Support

EveryClient has developed robust installation software, supporting most modern version of Microsoft Windows (both 64bit and 32 bit).

Whilst we expect that most clients will be able to install EveryClient using the standard installation, we understand that not all Microsoft Windows software installations are the same and, sometimes the installation process doesn't always go to plan.

EveryClient can assist with the Software installation (time permitting) at no additional cost.
